I wish to thank Michael Lawrence, Managing Director of Family Funeral Service, & all the members of his Team at their new Headcorn Branch, for enabling my brother's Funeral Service at Charing Crematorium last week to be so memorable, moving & sublime At every stage, the friendly staff were kind, courteous, sensitive & efficient, happily accommodating all our special requests & bringing the lovely Ceremony to a smooth & gentle conclusion on the day. This was no mean feat, given that they had only eight full days to complete all the arrangements. Without exception, each person was magnificent in achieving their own part in the procedure, making our family's bereavement that much easier to cope with. We could not have asked for better care or attention to detail & we will be forever grateful to the Family Funeral Service, especially to the members of the Headcorn office, for leaving us with such good memories.

At a time when you are so emotionally drained and upset, we were all treated with such kindness, my late husband was treated with respect when they came to transport to the chapel of rest. Tara made myself and my son‘s so welcome and thoroughly explained everything from start to finish, always pausing for any questions or if we needed time to think, we weren’t rushed or pressured into anything and helping us to come to the right decision when it all seemed too difficult. Every detail we made was followed on the day of the funeral and having a hug made all the difference. Thank you x

Tara and the team at Headcorn looked after both my Dad (December '22) and Mum (September '23). She was so supportive on both occasions and our family felt very well looked after throughout. We have no hesitation in recommendingThe Family Funeral Service.

Highly recommend this company. The staff are so professional but more than that..... they are compassionate and definitely go way beyond just doing ‘a job’. Kim has been truly fantastic and so kind. They always went above and beyond - their support and understanding is amazing. A mere thank you is really not enough.

Wonderful service throughout. Professional, friendly, courteous and the outmost respect shown throughout. Totally trusted them to fulfill all of our wishes and the day could not have been a more fitting tribute to our dear mum. They made her look beautiful. Nothing was too much trouble. Jo made a difficult time a lot easier with her friendly yet professional manner. Sitting down in the quiet room with a cup of tea to go through all the details. Sorting the transfer from hospital morgue to Headcorn. Getting me sorted with the team of bearers to help carry the coffin into the church. All these things meant so much and were done so well. Recommended without reservation. Thanks again to Jo and her team.

Sympathetic and exceedingly efficient, Jo lifted a huge weight from our shoulders as she went about making the necessary arrangements and went above and beyond to accommodate our less-than-straightforward requirements for the service. I would just like to thank Michael and the team for all of their support in organising my father's funeral. We did not know how to approach it but after the first meeting, most things were agreed and a small list of queries remained. They treated the whole family with the right approach of care and compassion before and during the day and dealt efficiently with our queries and change of minds.
