I cannot recommend Family Funeral Services enough. We first used their services in October 2017 for my Auntie's funeral. Kim and Jo were so kind, supportive and understanding, helping us all through this difficult time. An extremely professional and compassionate service. Recently after the loss of our Mum, we used Family Funeral Services again. Once again we received excellent service. Michael helped us plan the day, and gave us guidance and ideas that we would not have necessarily thought of at such a difficult and sad time. Also, reassuring us, when we double/triple -checked arrangements by phone and emails (often out of Office hours). The Funeral was very special and unique for our lovely Mum. Thank you. The FFS are very professional and well organised, at the same time as kind and caring. Fast feedback and progress to put everything in line for a carrying funeral. A lot of work was put in from them into the order of service layout and modification to meet our needs, without fuss. I would like to thank Sam for her untiring effects. Tara at FFS Headcorn is one in a million, she helped my daughter and I through every step of a daunting journey when I lost my Dad and made everything as easy as it could be during such an emotional event - so much so when I lost my Mum recently there was only one person I wanted taking care of her funeral and that was Tara. She gives great hugs too when you really need them!
