They helped us from collecting mum from the hospital to her final moments at the crematorium, thank you all so much for all you have done to make the time go smoothly.

Grateful thanks to Jo and her team for picking up the pieces and managing to calmly arrange everything in such a calm and dignified way. You were so friendly, helpful and efficient it really set our minds at rest. Your recommendations for the celebrant and florist were superb. From the moment we walked through the door we knew were in safe hands. The whole celebration of our Aunts life was moving and memorable.

I cannot recommend Family Funeral Services enough. We first used their services in October 2017 for my Auntie's funeral. Kim and Jo were so kind, supportive and understanding, helping us all through this difficult time. An extremely professional and compassionate service. Recently after the loss of our Mum, we used Family Funeral Services again. Once again we received excellent service. Michael helped us plan the day, and gave us guidance and ideas that we would not have necessarily thought of at such a difficult and sad time. Also, reassuring us, when we double/triple -checked arrangements by phone and emails (often out of Office hours). The Funeral was very special and unique for our lovely Mum. Thank you. The advice and support offered was superb and always given with compassion and great sensitivity. It really means the world when you know that you and your loved one is being cared for with such kindness and warmth. We experienced an absolutely outstanding level of service from Jo and her team. Sympathetic and exceedingly efficient, Jo lifted a huge weight from our shoulders as she went about making the necessary arrangements and went above and beyond to accommodate our less-than-straightforward requirements for the service. Jo and the rest of the team at the Family Funeral Service provided an immensely kind, considerate, and supportive service throughout this devastating process and we honestly can't recommend them highly enough.

We used Family Funeral Service in Headcorn for my dad’s funeral, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From the very first conversation, they were incredibly professional, supportive, and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble, and they guided us through every step with care and compassion. Communication was excellent – they were always easy to reach and quick to respond to any questions, which made the whole process so much less stressful. They handled everything with such respect and attention to detail, and it really meant a lot to our family. Thank you for helping us give my Dad the send-off he deserved.

Jo made a difficult time a lot easier with her friendly yet professional manner. Sitting down in the quiet room with a cup of tea to go through all the details. Sorting the transfer from hospital morgue to Headcorn. Getting me sorted with the team of bearers to help carry the coffin into the church. All these things meant so much and were done so well. Recommended without reservation. Thanks again to Jo and her team.
