We just wanted to say thank you to you all for managing the funeral of my mother in the calm and sympathetic way that you did. From the moment we first contacted you on the day she died Mum and her family have been looked after by you.
Arranging the funeral was less stressful for us because Mum had a funeral plan and it was clear what she wanted but any decisions that needed to be made were easier because of your help and support.
All of the services, the church, crematorium and the internment a few days later at the cemetery ran smoothly and the family were pleased that Mum had such a lovely send off.
