  • Jo made a difficult time a lot easier with her friendly yet professional manner. Sitting down in the quiet room with a cup of tea to go through all the details. Sorting the transfer from hospital morgue to Headcorn. Getting me sorted with the team of bearers to help carry the coffin into the church. All these things meant so much and were done so well. Recommended without reservation. Thanks again to Jo and her team.

  • We used Family Funeral Service in Headcorn for my dad’s funeral, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From the very first conversation, they were incredibly professional, supportive, and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble, and they guided us through every step with care and compassion. Communication was excellent – they were always easy to reach and quick to respond to any questions, which made the whole process so much less stressful. They handled everything with such respect and attention to detail, and it really meant a lot to our family. Thank you for helping us give my Dad the send-off he deserved.

  • Tara at FFS Headcorn is one in a million, she helped my daughter and I through every step of a daunting journey when I lost my Dad and made everything as easy as it could be during such an emotional event - so much so when I lost my Mum recently there was only one person I wanted taking care of her funeral and that was Tara. She gives great hugs too when you really need them!

  • I would so strongly recommend Family Funeral Services. I recently lost my
    husband and Karan was so compassionate and professional. She supported his daughters when the visited him in the
    Chapel of Rest and she made me so supported and that I was her priority especially on his funeral day,
    Which was also my birthday, giving me a few minutes with him
    at the hearse. She has inspired me to maybe look at doing work in a funeral parlour once I'm ready to return to work

  • I would highly recommend FFS. The experience from the initial meeting planning my Dad's funeral, the actual service and interment of Dad's ashes was first class. The staff were all extremely kind, thoughtful and delivered a wonderful service. FFS also looked after my Mum's funeral a few years earlier and again were excellent providing much comfort to my Dad at the time. My Dad was very fond of Michael and the team and would have been touched that he was able to look after the funeral on the day and interment. Thank you to the team once again. Paul and family.
