Sympathetic and exceedingly efficient, Jo lifted a huge weight from our shoulders as she went about making the necessary arrangements and went above and beyond to accommodate our less-than-straightforward requirements for the service. Tara at FFS Headcorn is one in a million, she helped my daughter and I through every step of a daunting journey when I lost my Dad and made everything as easy as it could be during such an emotional event - so much so when I lost my Mum recently there was only one person I wanted taking care of her funeral and that was Tara. She gives great hugs too when you really need them!

At a time when you are so emotionally drained and upset, we were all treated with such kindness, my late husband was treated with respect when they came to transport to the chapel of rest. Tara made myself and my son‘s so welcome and thoroughly explained everything from start to finish, always pausing for any questions or if we needed time to think, we weren’t rushed or pressured into anything and helping us to come to the right decision when it all seemed too difficult. Every detail we made was followed on the day of the funeral and having a hug made all the difference. Thank you x

Highly recommend this company. The staff are so professional but more than that..... they are compassionate and definitely go way beyond just doing ‘a job’. Kim has been truly fantastic and so kind. They always went above and beyond - their support and understanding is amazing. A mere thank you is really not enough.

I would just like to thank Michael and the team for all of their support in organising my father's funeral. We did not know how to approach it but after the first meeting, most things were agreed and a small list of queries remained. They treated the whole family with the right approach of care and compassion before and during the day and dealt efficiently with our queries and change of minds. Very professional approach to deal with a difficult day and I thoroughly recommend them. Thank you.

I would highly recommend FFS. The experience from the initial meeting planning my Dad's funeral, the actual service and interment of Dad's ashes was first class. The staff were all extremely kind, thoughtful and delivered a wonderful service. FFS also looked after my Mum's funeral a few years earlier and again were excellent providing much comfort to my Dad at the time. My Dad was very fond of Michael and the team and would have been touched that he was able to look after the funeral on the day and interment. Thank you to the team once again. Paul and family.

Family Funeral Service bearsted provided an outstanding service for our mother. Michael, Kim and their staff were very helpful in guiding us in the whole process. They helped us from collecting mum from the hospital to her final moments at the crematorium, thank you all so much for all you have done to make the time go smoothly.
