I would just like to thank Michael and the team for all of their support in organising my father's funeral. We did not know how to approach it but after the first meeting, most things were agreed and a small list of queries remained. They treated the whole family with the right approach of care and compassion before and during the day and dealt efficiently with our queries and change of minds. I cannot recommend this company more highly. Tara and her staff at the Headcorn office could not have been any more professional and caring. The advice and support offered was superb and always given with compassion and great sensitivity. It really means the world when you know that you and your loved one is being cared for with such kindness and warmth. I want to personally thank Tara for all the care and thoughtfulness she showed to both me and my family.

Wonderful service throughout. Professional, friendly, courteous and the outmost respect shown throughout. I would highly recommend FFS. The experience from the initial meeting planning my Dad's funeral, the actual service and interment of Dad's ashes was first class. The staff were all extremely kind, thoughtful and delivered a wonderful service. FFS also looked after my Mum's funeral a few years earlier and again were excellent providing much comfort to my Dad at the time. My Dad was very fond of Michael and the team and would have been touched that he was able to look after the funeral on the day and interment. Thank you to the team once again. Paul and family.

Highly recommend this company. The staff are so professional but more than that..... they are compassionate and definitely go way beyond just doing ‘a job’. Kim has been truly fantastic and so kind. They always went above and beyond - their support and understanding is amazing. A mere thank you is really not enough.

Jo made a difficult time a lot easier with her friendly yet professional manner. Sitting down in the quiet room with a cup of tea to go through all the details. Sorting the transfer from hospital morgue to Headcorn. Getting me sorted with the team of bearers to help carry the coffin into the church. All these things meant so much and were done so well. Recommended without reservation. Thanks again to Jo and her team.

I cannot recommend Family Funeral Services enough. We first used their services in October 2017 for my Auntie's funeral. Kim and Jo were so kind, supportive and understanding, helping us all through this difficult time. An extremely professional and compassionate service. Recently after the loss of our Mum, we used Family Funeral Services again. Once again we received excellent service. Michael helped us plan the day, and gave us guidance and ideas that we would not have necessarily thought of at such a difficult and sad time. Also, reassuring us, when we double/triple -checked arrangements by phone and emails (often out of Office hours). The Funeral was very special and unique for our lovely Mum. Thank you. I wish to thank Michael Lawrence, Managing Director of Family Funeral Service, & all the members of his Team at their new Headcorn Branch, for enabling my brother's Funeral Service at Charing Crematorium last week to be so memorable, moving & sublime At every stage, the friendly staff were kind, courteous, sensitive & efficient, happily accommodating all our special requests & bringing the lovely Ceremony to a smooth & gentle conclusion on the day. This was no mean feat, given that they had only eight full days to complete all the arrangements. Without exception, each person was magnificent in achieving their own part in the procedure, making our family's bereavement that much easier to cope with. We could not have asked for better care or attention to detail & we will be forever grateful to the Family Funeral Service, especially to the members of the Headcorn office, for leaving us with such good memories.
