It really means the world when you know that you and your loved one is being cared for with such kindness and warmth.   • We used Family Funeral Service in Headcorn for my dad’s funeral, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. From the very first conversation, they were incredibly professional, supportive, and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble, and they guided us through every step with care and compassion. Communication was excellent – they were always easy to reach and quick to respond to any questions, which made the whole process so much less stressful. They handled everything with such respect and attention to detail, and it really meant a lot to our family. Thank you for helping us give my Dad the send-off he deserved.

  • Family Funeral Service bearsted provided an outstanding service for our mother. Michael, Kim and their staff were very helpful in guiding us in the whole process. They helped us from collecting mum from the hospital to her final moments at the crematorium, thank you all so much for all you have done to make the time go smoothly.

Sympathetic and exceedingly efficient, Jo lifted a huge weight from our shoulders as she went about making the necessary arrangements and went above and beyond to accommodate our less-than-straightforward requirements for the service.
