We experienced an absolutely outstanding level of service from Jo and her team. Sympathetic and exceedingly efficient, Jo lifted a huge weight from our shoulders as she went about making the necessary arrangements and went above and beyond to accommodate our less-than-straightforward requirements for the service. Jo and the rest of the team at the Family Funeral Service provided an immensely kind, considerate, and supportive service throughout this devastating process and we honestly can't recommend them highly enough.

I would just like to thank Michael and the team for all of their support in organising my father's funeral. We did not know how to approach it but after the first meeting, most things were agreed and a small list of queries remained. They treated the whole family with the right approach of care and compassion before and during the day and dealt efficiently with our queries and change of minds. The FFS are very professional and well organised, at the same time as kind and caring. Fast feedback and progress to put everything in line for a carrying funeral. A lot of work was put in from them into the order of service layout and modification to meet our needs, without fuss. I would like to thank Sam for her untiring effects.
