At a time when you are so emotionally drained and upset, we were all treated with such kindness, my late husband was treated with respect when they came to transport to the chapel of rest. Tara made myself and my son‘s so welcome and thoroughly explained everything from start to finish, always pausing for any questions or if we needed time to think, we weren’t rushed or pressured into anything and helping us to come to the right decision when it all seemed too difficult. Every detail we made was followed on the day of the funeral and having a hug made all the difference. Thank you x

We experienced an absolutely outstanding level of service from Jo and her team. Sympathetic and exceedingly efficient, Jo lifted a huge weight from our shoulders as she went about making the necessary arrangements and went above and beyond to accommodate our less-than-straightforward requirements for the service. Jo and the rest of the team at the Family Funeral Service provided an immensely kind, considerate, and supportive service throughout this devastating process and we honestly can't recommend them highly enough.

I would just like to thank Michael and the team for all of their support in organising my father's funeral. We did not know how to approach it but after the first meeting, most things were agreed and a small list of queries remained. They treated the whole family with the right approach of care and compassion before and during the day and dealt efficiently with our queries and change of minds. Very professional approach to deal with a difficult day and I thoroughly recommend them. Thank you.

The FFS are very professional and well organised, at the same time as kind and caring. Fast feedback and progress to put everything in line for a carrying funeral. A lot of work was put in from them into the order of service layout and modification to meet our needs, without fuss. I would like to thank Sam for her untiring effects. The FFS are definitely top-class at their job

Highly recommend this company. The staff are so professional but more than that..... they are compassionate and definitely go way beyond just doing ‘a job’. Kim has been truly fantastic and so kind. They always went above and beyond - their support and understanding is amazing. A mere thank you is really not enough.

I cannot recommend Family Funeral Services enough. We first used their services in October 2017 for my Auntie's funeral. Kim and Jo were so kind, supportive and understanding, helping us all through this difficult time. An extremely professional and compassionate service. Recently after the loss of our Mum, we used Family Funeral Services again. Once again we received excellent service. Michael helped us plan the day, and gave us guidance and ideas that we would not have necessarily thought of at such a difficult and sad time. Also, reassuring us, when we double/triple -checked arrangements by phone and emails (often out of Office hours). The Funeral was very special and unique for our lovely Mum. Thank you. Jo made a difficult time a lot easier with her friendly yet professional manner. Sitting down in the quiet room with a cup of tea to go through all the details. Sorting the transfer from hospital morgue to Headcorn. Getting me sorted with the team of bearers to help carry the coffin into the church. All these things meant so much and were done so well. Recommended without reservation. Thanks again to Jo and her team.
