I would highly recommend FFS. The experience from the initial meeting planning my Dad's funeral, the actual service and interment of Dad's ashes was first class. The staff were all extremely kind, thoughtful and delivered a wonderful service. FFS also looked after my Mum's funeral a few years earlier and again were excellent providing much comfort to my Dad at the time. My Dad was very fond of Michael and the team and would have been touched that he was able to look after the funeral on the day and interment. Thank you to the team once again. Paul and family.

Karan and all at Family Funerals in Bearsted provided an outstanding service for us.

They took a huge weight off our minds at a very difficult time. Staff were always kind, compassionate and professional.

Nothing was too much trouble. The result was a perfect funeral service for our father.

We really appreciated the care and support they gave our mother too. She has significant mobility problems, and Karan and colleagues went above and beyond to ensure Mum had suitable transport to attend the service, wake and interment.

Highly recommend this company. The staff are so professional but more than that..... they are compassionate and definitely go way beyond just doing ‘a job’. Kim has been truly fantastic and so kind. At a time when you are so emotionally drained and upset, we were all treated with such kindness, my late husband was treated with respect when they came to transport to the chapel of rest. Tara made myself and my son‘s so welcome and thoroughly explained everything from start to finish, always pausing for any questions or if we needed time to think, we weren’t rushed or pressured into anything and helping us to come to the right decision when it all seemed too difficult. Every detail we made was followed on the day of the funeral and having a hug made all the difference. Thank you x

I would just like to thank Michael and the team for all of their support in organising my father's funeral. We did not know how to approach it but after the first meeting, most things were agreed and a small list of queries remained. They treated the whole family with the right approach of care and compassion before and during the day and dealt efficiently with our queries and change of minds.
